Not being honest, they just want to sell the visa and wouldnt care if ur fam member make it or not!so stay away from this company.

I didn’t even bother to do follow up because I trust her that much. I availed 90 days visa change inside the country for my sister. If anyone is going to take vist visa or somthing with this agency you will be in stuck.. After the expiry of vist visa without informing you they will Abscond you directly. the worst service ever i have seen.. One of philipiny guy he took visa and still i am trying to fix his problems.. So plees guys dont go with this agemcy .

I availed the tourist visa with covid 19 coverage insurance with Miss Mary of Pinoy tourism. I have been a long time customer (on and off) and I can say that Miss Mary has not changed at all. She will treat her clients like her family. She will make sure that you her clients are properly informed and will support her clients decision. She will never force you or stress you out but instead she will give her heart and sympathy to you. I believe, these traits give meaning on what is customer service is all about. She is not after any sales or qouta even in this difficult times. I am really grateful that even though it is not easy to travel nowadays with tourist visa, my grandma is back from Philippines and I am at peace now knowing that my grandma is around me and I can take care of her as much as she cares for us.
