Booking for box takes 2-3 working days but u have to have constant follow up with them to make ensure that your box will b delivered.

The first balikbayan box I sent to Pinas Cargo was impressively on time. Exactly 30 days from when they took my box. I am now on my 2nd box. I wanted to recieve it while on vacation but I guess this time is different. The box is still in transit to Cebu agent as showing in the tracking online. I hope I get my box before I go back to UAE. I want to see my families' reaction live and not a video clip. Also I have to agree on other reviews that sometimes you will have to adjust with the deliverer's timings when they can give you the empty box and when they can get it once it is ready. Just gotta have good communication and patience. March 9 2020 So from 4 stars to a 5 I have arrived from an errand and I was greeted by my box. It was packed nicely and everything is complete from the inside. It is within the 45 days delivery window. Good job! I was very happy to open my own box. It is the same excitement as opening presents on Christmas.

This is my 4th time entrusting my cargo shipment and this time i felt so disappointed.. Starting when I buy the cargo box, i gave them the time i am availbale and they keep coming on my unavailable time.. When they first pick up my cargo the man said i extended my box and they will not less my deposited amount of 42aed and charge me 330aed going to northern luzon for the shipping. (the payment is only 280 aed all in including my deposited money as per ur brochure) And now, they're giving me exactly 2months time before my family receive my cargo.. I was informed it will be 45 to 50 days before the box arrived and when finally sent my box waited till now 44th day..I asked them the about the status and sent the following details 23-Oct-20\tPHILIPPINES \tESTIMATED DELIVERY ON OR BEFORE 06-Oct-20\tPHILIPPINES \tESTIMATED ARRIVAL IN MANILA CUSTOMS 03-Sep-20\tDUBAI \tVESSEL DEPARTURE 27-Aug-20\tDUBAI \tTRANSFERRED TO JEBEL ALI PORT 25-Aug-20\tABU DHABI \tSHIPMENT COLLECTED.. Please dont give false hopes cause ive been trusting ur company since i came here in uae, and pls be nicer to ur guest.. And dont push them to file a complaint to ur office everytime a customer ask u for something about ur rules, or if a customer reacts for something that is un ussual..

Follow up and complaint ko lang po yung box ko tracking no. 334039 Sept. 9 pa dumating ng Pinas Cargo warehouse sa Bulacan yung 6 box ko. I called them last Sept 29 to follow up regarding the delivery and they just kept the box there. Rona your staff in Philippines said i-priority na yung box namin for delivery. 40-50 days prior vessel departure. AUG. 13 nag depart. We were patiently waiting for the box. And now it's more than 50 days and I just called your Philippine warehouse, yesterday lang daw umalis yung truck and we need to wait 5 days more pa. Please pa assist naman Pinas Cargo we always use your company as our cargo box company. It never happened like this. At some point dko alam nakalimutan nila asikasuhin box nmin for delivery. Your assistance and action will be highly appreciated. Thank you

I don't recommend this for shipping/cargo for anyone. First the receipt(or should I say \box deposit receipt\) is empty. They will only put building name and flat#, name of delivery guy, his number and date of delivered (for the box), all in hand writing, on the spot. Second, we have been sending boxes for more than 3 years and the packaging tape is getting thinner and almost insufficient every single time. Third, If there is or was changes in the way you pack the boxes, they wont inform their customers. They will let you know ONLY when they are going to pick them up that there has been changes in the way you pack things. Fourth, Because they have some changes on ways of packing boxes (which should be informed before hand), they will not receive it and instead they will force you to buy a extra tape and make you do the changes in the packing yourself. This company is getting worse every time we are going to send something back home.

One of the staff who picked up my boxes is quite rude and inconsiderate. During this pandemic (Covid19), the building where I was staying is not allowing any visitors even delivery service to come inside the building therefore, since my boxes are already needed to be sent to Philippines, took the chance of having it picked even it means that I will be full responsible in bringing out the boxes. As I was thinking that they have this trolley that I can use, it will give ease to bring the box to them. While I'm taking the boxes, it took me quite a long time as boxes are heavy but one of staff keep on calling me that they still have another customers waiting so I need to hurry. Despite him knowing that I'm struggling to reach in the lift, still he keeps on calling. As the boxes were heavy, the trolley didn't help to have those boxes be moved as fast as I can. It took me 20minutes to reach down the building. While the other guy was filling out the invoice, this rude guy keeps on talking and telling again and again that it's already late for them, that they have customers waiting and that their transaction to each customer should be maximum 10minutes only. I understand that I am not their only customer that day so I apologized. But I can't stop myself to tell him that, their 10minutes transaction time is possibly applicable only if they are the one who took the boxes inside my flat. But as they are aware on the building's restriction for visitors due to Covid19 cases, they should have at least be considerate knowing that I am lady, only ladies are staying in my flat and that day, I am alone. I hope that they can improve the way they are dealing with customers and be patient and understandable in all unexpected situations that will occur when they are doing box pick up. This is my first time using this cargo service. I will see if they can send my boxes as per expected days of processing. That might change my opinion in this company.

Very unprofessional doesn’t respond to calls, even promised to pick up my Balikbayan box on the agreed time. Poor customer service especially group in Khalifa city. I don’t recommend this cargo shipping Company really.
