The restaurant is located in the vibey part of JBR. It is quite a large store and has a top floor for beautiful beach view. The service was decent but there is no indication in the size of the portion of a meal. 1 dish can serve up to 3 people and so much got wasted considering the cost of the food is just insane. I personally won't be going back in a hurry since I'm more bias towards Portuguese types of food.

Food was good quality, particularly the VIP duck and spicy pawn dumplings. Plus excellent location on seafront. But the service was very inattentive and slow. We had to wait a very long time for main courses to arrive and the table next to us waited nearly half an hour before they could order. And this was at a quiet midweek lunchtime.
The food is nice, but it has no taste. waiters are nice but slow to cook. I'm sorry
Part of American chain, which has almost same menu as in the US. Some differences though. Great value for money. Huge portions
PF Chang's is a well known brand and you usually cannot go wrong with it. BUT, in this case you can. This branch specifically seems to be understaffed or something because you will not sit here or order from here without being disappointed. Orders are always late and they usually mess it up. Customer service is terrible and my last experience was a delivery nightmare. My Shrimp Dynamite came without sauce and instead of rectifying the order, they ask me what I expect. Honestly, I would have just been satisfied with the sauce but nothing came. Even when I called back the next day, they brushed it off as a mistake from the night before and nothing can be done anymore. Unfortunate but will be the last time we go or order from there.
Very good place with superb view of the JBR beach. Sit outside if the weather is good.
My 2 stars given r only for their Amazing DYNAMITE SHRIMP/CHICKEN and Good flavour and variety of drinks Not really a fan of anything else in the menu Was very very disappointed with the kids menu
We went there Friday around 3 pm. The host had the worst attitude. The service was way too slow. The kids meal was the last thing served - actually the kids juice came after that!!! When inquiring abt the bad service the waitress said that we came at the peak hour! How surprising! Best to avoid it during \peak hours\. Food was good - as always.
