They are irresponsible, I placed order and they dropped the wrong items I was waiting yest full day to drop the correct items or give me my money back and no action despite chat i done with 3staff ,calls,emails ,sms ...their service is so poor and still not getting my money back till now By the way their prices higher than market , check Dubai pet foods ..it seems that they ask staff to post review online to show customer wrong info that they are good company

One Stop Shop ! It was really headache for me to buy My DoG food before from different shops .. everyone had different prices.. really hard for me to decide which shop is best with best price.. so one of my friend suggest me to visit pets4you shop in warsan I visited and i am really surprised these guys have all the stuff my dog needed,all brands accessories and at best price ..Customer dealing is so professional.. And they have free delivery too,now from last 6 months i never went to any shop,just sitting at home and got my desired products on time.. I am happy customer .. try Petsonclick one time .. (Y)

Since I'm the first actual reviewer here to post impressions of this business, let me start by saying, I do order from them regularly. They are a usable service, honest business, but have room to grow. Anything you order here, can and most likely will be delivered within the next 24 hours, IF they have it in stock. I've now ordered cat and dog supplies from them half a dozen times, and really, I only have two complaints. 1.). Out of my limited experience, I'm seeing that they regularly have items posted on the website for sale that they don't ACTUALLY have in stock. They will try to helpfully suggest substitutes, and even have on one occasion, brought several other dog treats for me to have a look at, since the ones I ordered were out of stock. But a primarily web-based store like this, really ought to be able to keep web stock updated. 2.) They offer free delivery in Dubai, but only IF you order over 100 AED. More progressive business models will actually build in the delivery cost for orders of any size, offering a 20 % discount for orders over 100 AED to accomplish the same thing. All told, this isn't a major gripe, just an annoyance. As they are one of only a few companies in Dubai offering a pet food delivery service of any kind, I sincerely wish them luck and hope their business grows explosively. I also recommend them regularly to friends with pets, and will continue to do so.

It looks like they are out of business. It's been 10 days since I made an order, but phones /emails/whatsapp have been unanswered for two weeks. The website is still up temporarily but it doesn't seem like they are taking any orders!

Ordered 10 days ago and I'm still waiting for my order. No notifications, no messages from these guys on the status of my order. It's my job to message them each evening to check when they will deliver, they keep saying tomorrow or max day after and still nothing. Rule of customer service - tell exact date of when u expect the item to be delivered don't keep the customer guessing! They told me one of my items is not in stock but they can deliver in 48 hours but again no update after waiting. Finally I told them to deliver whatever they have and remove the out of stock item, they said ok but then again, no updates and nothing delivered. Thank God I opted for cash on delivery else I would have been chasing them for a refund on my credit card. Highly unprofessional. Even the way they answer queries on chat is very blunt and non apologetic. I've had much better serve experience from other companies.
