They close sharp at 8:30 pm and not at 9 pm as stated in their website! I really don’t understand why would they put 9 pm finish time when they are out of building at 8:31 pm. Please be careful if you are thinking of visiting them in the evenings! They really don’t care if you recommend/suggest them changing the timings to the right start and finish!

Staff are not helpful and they read my messages in WhatsApp but she doesn’t reply and when I asked to communicate with the manager they refused and asked me to wait in shop for the manager to ask him by myself plus they are not flexible

Excellent services they offer and their rices are relatively the cheapest as compared to other pet shops. Full grooming only at 95 AED. i highly recommend you take your pets there

Absolutely horrible staff with no pet handling experience at all and have no idea how to speak to people. The 2 people grooming my cat were having a little fit between them and taking it out on my cat. Had to take my cat away half way through. Would not recommend this place if it was the last place on earth.
