PEOPLE - Pakistani Executives Organization for Promotion of Leadership & Entrepreneurship - a subcommittee of Pakistan Association Dubai (PAD), is a voluntary network of overseas Pakistanis, which focuses on the development of opportunities for Pakistanis in Pakistan and around the globe. PEOPLE was founded by Kashif Khan, an investment banker and deputy chief executive officer/board member of Abwab Capital, approximately eight years ago, and has now grown into a recognised name within the overseas Pakistani community. In addition to providing a platform to Pakistanis for connecting with and mentoring each other, PEOPLE is also focused on bringing institutionalised funding to Pakistan, and increasing job opportunities for Pakistanis within and outside of Pakistan. PEOPLE aims to create a global platform that will provide investment opportunities, and enhance business opportunities for leaders, entrepreneurs and professionals. PEOPLE works with Pakistani diaspora across the globe and also in Pakistan, and will soon be launching chapters in other cities and Pakistan.
