Under buy 1 get 1 free offer,I purchased 2 pair shoes for 220 AED .After two weeks I feel too much discomfort, sothat I want to exchange one pair shoe.when I asked for exchange the sales man told the current market price of the one pair shoe only 45 AED ONLY,Which I had purchased for 110AED!!!!.That means they are puting almost more than 80AED per shoe excess in offer price.Then they are marketing Themselves \PAYLESS \!!!!. In that purchase we lost 130AED.

I went there Wednesday July 3,2019 at 1:20 pm first, I had to stand for 5 minutes infront of the employees waiting for them to even give me their slightest attention, the man with tattoos ignored me after I asked him about something then gave me his back and continued to chat with the filipina lady with glasses at the cashier counter!!! The filipina employee saw me waiting and visibly upset, she looked at me then looked back at the man who works here with a tattoo and continued to chat :) !!!! Completely ignoring me! Absolutely disgusting and RUDE! Oh but it doesn't stop here, after I saw her ignore me After assuming she will at least say “sorry please wait ma’am” or anything that has a slight courtesy, no, she didnt even apologize or even acknowledge me standing there waiting, so seeing that both of them have difficulty with paying attention to customers, I walked to them and demanded one of them to assist me!!! All i get is attitude and rolling eyes! I asked the tattoo man to help me find a shoe size, i gave him a black shoe that i want in another size, he goes and gets me grey one and I said politely “Its ok i dont want to try the grey one, just find me the same black shoe in a different size” which I assume he wanted me to try the grey one which was the size I wanted but there will be no point to that as I dont want to try it in grey even if it fits. I’m fine with waiting for the black one to try. After speaking with him politely even after being treated terribly earlier this is his response, he looked at me VERY annoyed and says “THATS WHAT IM SAYING IM LOOKING” !!!!!! Rolling his eyes :) Is this a way to speak to your customers?!! Both employees are pathetic and rude. Is selling shoes THAT hard? :) ? Is common courtesy so difficult for you? learn some manners. I hope both are punished because you lost business with me. Good luck. * do not bother responding here, I will not see it. THANK YOU !!!!!!!
