Patchi Dubai Mall, for chocolates and candies, very high level of chocolates taste, very good and delicious desserts with many choices, prefer place to buy gift for chocolates lover, with offering ready gift packages, the prices medium to high ranges. Also Patchi offer the chocolates serving dishes.

A fine chocolate boutique Highest quality Price is high too but cheaper than Nehaus, Sprungli... but quality and taste is on par with the luxury European chocolate brands In store experience is great with sampling They have good no sugar added options which are suitable for diabetics (in moderation of course)

We went in Patchi Dubai Mall to buy chocolates for me as I am craving for it and also to grab something I can gift to someone. However I was surprised to the staffs here. Seems like they are not enjoying their job. They treat customers very cold and boring. They aren’t friendly even. It’s like no interaction between a customer and a sales person. They are like robots. No, actually.. robots seems better than them. Especially the trainees. They are very rude and stare at you making uncomfortable. I was taking photos of the chocolates I bought already inside and I heard them talking to each other in a loud tone of voice that it wasn’t allowed to take photos. I know they were talking about me. I mean, why I’m not allowed to take photo of my own chocolates? It’s mine. Really this staff..

Sprawling store filled with light and jars and trays of delicious chocolates. Very pretty and tempting. Visited the store for branding chocolates for an event. Big thank you to manager Fares for explaining everything so clearly. Thanks also to team members Alaa and Prem for all the emails and messages. A great place to visit and stock up on sweet treats.

So I got a gift for my friend the another day and she has sent me a picture of the chocolate which has been expired a week ago. How people can sell expired staff and its that good she has checked. So disappointed though it's not a cheap staff((

If you want something nice gift from Dubai, this place is for you. The shop offers the best chocolates in Dubai. It’s a bit expensive shop but the goods are excellent!

Delicious chocolate and has a variety of flavors Spacious and friendly staff. Pricy but it's a well known franchise in Arab countries for a decade. Dubai branch tastes better than Saudi Arabia branches.. I don't know why although the prices are the same
