Stay away from this insurance company. Faulty online payment system, I have been debited twice on my Bank account. Despite several emails & phone calls, I still haven't been refunded, 34 days later. Poor customer service who will tell you all the BS so that they can keep your money longer. Pure theft.

I happened to get Orient Takaful insurance from Al Futtaim Motor for my new car. Its been more than 7 days and my claim has not been approved. The reason for the delay is the claim approver is on vacation. Above all the customer care never picks your call. Thanks for the horrible service.

Worst customer care ever. Takes ages to reply to a claim and good luck in aswering the phone. They where very nice when I renewed the policy but in claims section so rude and unprofessional.
