Those people are crazy I have no doubt. I couldn’t believe how one bite from the Gyoza took my brain for a quick trip to Syria and Japan. The whole dining experience was amazing and unforgettable I left wanting more but we were full already. For sure gonna come back again to try more dishes. 100% recommended!

No place like it that I know of in Dubai. Went with 5 friends, all agreed that it was an experience. Contemporary Arabic food with a twist. Not only that but the chef himself came to our table and explained all the intricate makings of each dish. Recommended to all foodies !
Probably the most interesting homegrown restaurant in the city from a culinary perspective. It's no surprise as the talented brothers built it to have the freedom to express their art in both the kitchen and the pastry lab. Eastern Mediterranean flavors and classics revisited and masterfully plated, the menu is full of great surprises stemming from Greece, Turkey and Greater Syria. Not to be missed.
This place could be the best opening Dubai had recently. Great food with great quality. So highly recommended!

I really love this restaurant at Wasl 51. It's a sharing concept with a smallish menu of salads, starters, mains and pides. The food is creative, beautifully presented and delicious with well-balanced flavours. The story behind every dish is explained to you when it's brought to the table. The mains are conceived by popular Fatafeat chef Mohamed Orfali, while his pastry chef brothers develop the gorgeous selection of pastries on display. They call it a test kitchen so the menu will change regularly. Bookings are required as the restaurant is compact. Highly recommended!
Happy to see orfali brothers opened this place! Great service, the waiter explained each dish and their story, including the olives they bring as snacks! Guess what? - amazing mix of a three dish, the cold soup with lacto fermented tomato and cucumber was out of this world. Imam bayildi - grilled aubergine was really good with muhammara and tarratore Shish barak a la Gyoza - reminded me ciborek from Turkey, these fried dumplings and garlic yogurt was amazing Stracciatella pide - best sourdough pide/pizza possibly in the world. The sound of your first bite will make you realize how good it is.
Orfali is a new addition to the F&B outlets in alwasl 51. It offers some unique and different dishes, will be visiting again to try some more items.
