It's very good shop they staff are all very kind and good they are help to choose good collection of frames and sunglasses. Really good for buying the price will be reasonable.have good branded items ill check they have all the brand contact lenses also . I was happy with visit like this shop

I had purchased one Frame along with the numbers in month of April 2018 from this shop, Trust me all the collection here were outdated & over priced , The sales lady is a Indian was not ready to reduce single dirham instead she was trying to show me some products which didnt even suit My Face. As it working day i didnt had much time to had to pick a odd frame which wasnt much suiting my face & left , The quality of the frame was so bad which was missold to me telling it is a nice brand. Few month later the cheap quality plastic frame broke . I went to their shop to just for replcement of frame as glasses /numbers were still intact but the Same Indian lady acted as if i have done a big crime , i was looking for a frame of same budget she was purposely showing me unheard brand name Frames which were Double , Triple the price of old frame i was again & again telling her i am coming here second time she was giving me a sarcastic sales smile to show i do not have budget. pathetic service , They just know to cheat customer , Rude sales lady. She was least intrested never ever go to this place

I had a problem with my power glass as mentioned below. But Optic zone has now solved the problem by providing a new replacement for the frame as per their warranty policy. I appreciate the support now. I bough a Ray ban Power glass from here. Just in a month the frame rubber started coming out. On complaining about this the management gave me a spare glass frame as per their warranty ( Which is actually for an year) but the second frame no different. Now I have to traveled to the shop some 4-5 times just because of this and now they do not even take my calls. I want to complain about this to higher management of Optic Zone. Please give me contact if anyone has it.
