Extravagant and luxurious. This amazingly beautiful piece of property is equally expensive too. Located at the edge of the crescent of the Palm Jumeirah. If you don’t have means to travel then be prepared to shell out a substantial amount on cab fares as it’s quite a travel from Dubai. On the same note, if you stay here for a vacation I’m sure you give two hoots to the cab fares.

It is a great location and the resort is fantastic. I was shocked to see that there is no one to park the car but many people to guide and drive the buggy. It is important that a resort like this should have valet service. We had to park the car all the way down and then walk up. Hope they resume the valet service soon and provide the service right from the beginning.
This is a very luxurious hotel! Splendor and comfort in all its glory! And it's very nice to see rabbits living freely throughout the hotel :)
We were very disappointed today to have to cancel our trip originally planned for 2020, but sadly due to the pandemic we had to put back to later this year. We have stayed at the hotel 7 times and it is a an excellent hotel. However when the hotel came back to us today via our agents they hiked the price by over 3000 for a six night stay. An uplift of over 50%. Really not what i was expecting for loyal clients. Interested to know if anyone else has suffered this? Suffice to say we were very disappointed.
I'm writing this review on behalf of a family that recently stayed at The One and Only Palm. The family had an amazing stay in the villas and in particular were extremely happy with both Noushad and Mr Nagesh who were both amazing and attentive to their every requirement whilst remaining professional and discreet at all times. Thank you for making their stay amazing.
Hotel is super nice, but service is 0! One hour to wait for ice and 2 hour for breakfast. And even tho, breakfast was terrible, scrambled eggs looks like soup, no bread even. Croissants not fresh made. And to all this they put a ketchup, to what??? At least bring some jam like it should be. For 2 person we got 3 pieces of croissants, 2 soup scrambled and Ketchup. And how hard it was to get this food, after calling maybe 5 times how long more it will takes. And I didn’t mentioned about dinner yet, which takes more time then breakfast, after complaining and calling 20 times we asked to connect us to hotel manager and all we got it’s restaurant manager who just apologized. I don’t think luxury hotels should have service like this. Even tho hotel is almost empty, why it’s takes forever to bring not even food but ice. We are staying for 5 days and from second day we are moving to other place because it’s not possible to pay such a big money for just a name. Big big 0
The name say it all and it’s true. For me it’s a best hotel on Palm Jumeirah and in top 10 of Dubai. Outstanding ambience, interiors and exteriors, outstanding staff - appearance and level of service. Beautiful swimming pool, well positioned sitting areas make you feel in privacy being in public place. Rabbits on internal areas is very cool for kids:)
