One Business Center is a 2 floors, 5-stars co working space for companies based in Dubai. It provides different size offices, meeting rooms , virtual offices and hosting professional events. The staff are friendly and ready to help businesses to operate successfully. I have been there for 3 years and I could not find other co working spaces with the same quality and affordable prices.

Cool and chic place to greet, eat and meet. Nice folks are hosting you. The variety of treats is great. Dogs/pets on the table are an eyesore, somewhat. Not my cup of tea but the place is worth a try.

It's the last edition to the JLT business buildings. Has plenty of offices and a nice cafe at ground floor. Walking distance from Metro Station.

I have started my UAE business from One Business Centre in 2017. Its been 3 years. One JLT building is centrally located and thus very convenient for meetings. Proximity to DMCC is a big plus. Business centre itself is aesthetically very appealing which is essential to avoid monotony at work. Staff at One Business Centre is the most amazing starting from reception to admin, accounts including office boys. Ms.Tia has been my relationship manager for last 2 years and there is no work which remains undone if she handles it. Thank you guys for being part of my journey. Highly recommended for businesses setting up in JLT.

We have been a tenant of One Business Centre for 2.5 years now and have so far had a brilliant experience. Facilities are amazing as well as the staff and service support. Tia, the Operations Manager in particular is always extremely helpful and welcoming to all clients. Would recommend any startups / SME's to set up at OBC due to location, competitive rental pricing and most importantly service
