Very disappointed!!!! After booking my appointment one week ahead for 11:30am the clinic contacted me one day before and asked can they reschedule it for 12:00 and of course I agreed. It is not my first time being at the Omnicare clinic. I booked the same treatment (Fraxel laser for upper lip that takes no more than 5minutes). I arrived 5 minutes before 12:00 and I was told to wait for the doctor. I literally waited more than 50 minutes (with numbing cream on my face) for the doctor to come, but he never did. I was told he's late because he had an emergency and after that 3 different personnel told me he's coming in 5 minutes during 30minutes of time (I was obviously lied to). This was the issue they new beforehand and I wasn't informed. In all honesty, they wasted 2 hours of my life and my job because I had to reschedule all my meetings to be there. (2h - driving there and waiting) I couldn't wait any longer because I had to show up on my meeting. No one contacted me after I had to leave the clinic, and I find it very unprofessional and disrespectful!! I was willing to give them one more chance after my last treatment didn't go well, and I had allergic reaction from their cream, but this today really disappointed me and I'm sure I won't be coming back.

I have done my laser hair removal (with miss Donna) here, as well as facial treatments. I am very happy with the results. The treatment has been always professional and very hygienic. The staff is lovely and helpful. Appointment booking is very comfortable via WhatsApp, quick and nice response always. Additionally there are good promotions available. I love to recommend this place.

I’ve been going to Omnicare for more than a year already and I’d like to say this clinic has high standards. First of all u feel safe there health wise - everything is clean and equipment is new. I am doing laser hair removal so it’s super important to know that everything is safe. My specialist is Mrs. Donna and she is such a professional- attentive and careful. I wish to have more professionals like her in beauty and health sphere. And few of my friends recommended facial treatments from Omnicare. So looking forward to try one.

I’ve always had a great experience at Omnicare. The staff is adorable, skilled and well informed. The equipments are new and the clinic is always clean. Ask for Donna if you’re someone shy, she makes things less awkward if you know what I mean
