Love coming to NRG all the staff are so friendly and helpful. They have a good variety of classes which is good for all levels of fitness. They also follow all health and hygiene rules which is amazing especially when it comes to sanitising the equipment after every single use. Highly recommend this gym and it’s definitely worth going to down to check it out and enjoy one of the classes if not them all.

Excellent spinning classes, fun, encouraging you to keep pushing. Projected virtual graphics/leaderboards keep it interesting. Trainers and staff are friendly and equipment very good if not always perfect. Good attendance mix from beginners to reasonably hardcore spinners to keep you motivated. Quite expensive but worth it...
