I had given a Shipment with No. 5056 on Sep 25th 2018 to be delivered at Bangalore from Dubai. I am yet to receive the consignment not able to track the guys. I have sent mails to the customer care and on the email Ids mentioned on the website apart from calling their office numbers a zillion times. Can someone please help?

This company is one of the worst that you can ever come across. A cargo of six packages was handed over to these guys in Dubai on 21st Aug 2018 ( ( AWB # 5977) for delivery in Bangalore, India. After countless phone calls to their Dubai & India offices and with constant follow up wherein you are made to run from pillar to post ( tracking system is only on paper, is of no help), ultimately the consignment was received by me on 1st Oct 2018. On opening the packages, it was found that two new suitcases out of six packages are completely damaged and are in write off condition. After lodging complain, initial response was \ we will investigate and revert\ which didn't happen and there is complete silence from these guys since then. So, based on my experience , would highly recommend that all of you should stay far away from this company.

Please don't use this company, they are cheaters and frauds they have now shut down all their offices and none of their contact numbers are working! I delivered a package to them on 18-Aug-2018 for door to door delivery to India. They told me that they will require minimum 30 kgs to sea freight, I went and bought another 9 kgs and put it into the box for sending on 1-Sep-2018. When I got to their shop in Karama, they forced me to air freight it as they said the volume that I have will not be eligible for sea freight. I believed them, and paid another AED. 450 to airfreight 30 Kgs and they assured that the package will reach with 15-20 days. For the last 2½ months they have been lying and saying all kinds of stories. One day I got so angry and the guy at the Karama shop said that they don’t have money to clear this from the port in Calicut and that the owner has gone bankrupt. They have also not received their salaries for months. So, the owner has gone to India to fix all the problems and all packages will be delivered. He also said that there are tons of deliveries stuck without clearance from airport and sea port in India and they might even close the shop in the UAE. During the last couple of weeks, I have been going to their shop again and their shop is now shut down. I will be in touch with Dubai Police to lodge a complaint against this company and owner and I advise all the customers to do so too.

This Company is a Big time Cheat Company . Tracking no : 5950 I had Given My Parcel To NPC EXPRESS Cargo on 31st Aug At Karama Branch Delivered To Mumbai ... They had promised it would be done in 15 days which never happened . The 20th day when i went to there office they informed us that it was in customs in Delhi we will receive in another 4 days . the next time after 5 days when we went to there office they informed us thats now the shipment is in Banglore for clearance .it will be Delivered in another 3 to 4 days . After a week we had been Again to there office again we got a surprising new story its again back to Delhi Airport ... The Person working Over There Will Provide You every time a New Story . Hence Now Its Almost more Then 45 Days I have Not revived My Shipment Now a New Story From The Person That its Going to kolkata For Clearance Until Not revived And God knows When I will receive and in what condition . Never Trust The Company As You Will Always Get a New Story For The Items.They Are So layed Back Abt Even updating the Shipments ... i have tried many Company In Karama Before they deliver it in minimum 20days but this time i selected the worst Company NPC EXPRESS CARGO .

The WORST company for logistics! Its been 2 months and 15 days and still my shipment did not reach Delhi! Every time i call they say it has reached mumbai and due to customs it is not yet released and they dont have anything else to say! Please refrain from using this company. Worst experience ever. i gave my shipment on 29th july and they said it will reach delhi in 2 weeks and now its 2 and a half months.
