One of the best. Snacks bar has an amazing collections however the service need to be quicker though (or more management of lines). The show hall is great, clean, and staff are lovely. More program for educating others to stay clean and remove their own trash could be handy (something for the social responsibility from Novo side). More information about which hall the movie is playing is a plus i wonder if it could be incorporated online, app, and on counter. I had just one bad experience where a seat i wanted was showing as reserved. But by the end of the movie no one ever came and occupied that seat. I wish that does not happen again.

A cozy family cinemas catering towards this end of this beautiful city Dubai. Although, the surrounding areas around Dragon Mall do not present the hype and finesse of Dubai brand, but there is a lot happening around this locality. In a short few years its going to be a great place. The movie halls are small but will laid out that means not crowded at all. The seats are clean and comfortable to sit. There is sufficient legroom for people to pass along while you are seated. The stairs are well illuminated when lights out. The audio is surprisingly very good quality. One important thing to not is about the parking for the Novo Cinemas, please do not park your vehicles near their Logo on the building, you will end up walking a couple of kilometers to reach the cinemas. Please go past the mall from the front side and park behind the mall at level 2. That is where tge cinemas are. The cinemas lobby, the ticketing counters, self service ticketing kiosks, pop corn and fizzy drinks court are all well laid out comfortably. The parking and the cinemas are wheel chair friendly. The public toilets are clean, dry and well maintained. Overall a nice experience with my family.

With current situation in mind you will get seats for any show any time. I prefer visiting last hours of weekdays to have the whole cinema for us :-) Quiet and clean with friendly staff.

Its a peaceful place with not much of rush and ample parking space. You need to park in the Multistorey car parking else you will need to walk a lot, but worth it. The screens are new.
