This is such a beautiful space and a beautiful place to learn yoga. With the most experienced and knowledgeable teachers in the UAE, there isn't anywhere else I would choose to practice. Nilaya House is much much more than a yoga studio. It is a community in which everyone is welcome and everyone feels safe to learn, practice and grow as individuals and as human beings. Thank you for creating this space and this community. :)

Dubai is so blessed to have Nilaya House! Incredible approachable instructors who deeply care about their students... a variety of classes in yoga, tai chi, meditation, and workshops.. and it is a beautiful space to practice in. Suitable for beginners to teachers.

A stunning location in the heart of Dubai’s warehouse district for deep spiritual yoga practice. This venue is run by a lovely women named Nea who is passionate about the environment and ethical business practices. She is an embodied yogini and a revered teacher, she also understands the many challenges that face the yoga community today and continually works to improve the offers at the centre to meet the needs of Dubai’s growing yoga community. The yoga class schedule is varied with a balance of ancient practices as well as the more modern variations of yoga and spiritual practices, all guided by experienced, knowledgable teachers. They often offer special events, training courses on various subjects. A must visit for anyone with a keen interest in yoga!
