Really bad customer service every time I visited.
Very bad customer service .there was one lady(Indian) who stay @ cash counter as well as do customer service . I tried out two three garments and went to the cash counter to bill just one. She asked me y I am not taking all three. I told her I just liked one . Then imagine what she did !!!! She went inside to check the garment I did not take and told me there was an inner for that garment it was missing . I got so irritated and asked her to show me inner for other pcs of the same style. Then she apologise and said similar style had one. I wish I could put zero rating or negative but unfortunately that option is unavailable.... my request to the owner / manager please get a better employee so you don't lose your customers. Or let that lady go to Ecco or splash in the same mall and learn what customer servie is ...good luck !!!!
One of my horrible experience in next city centre. .went there and was very excited to see 40%off..picked up almost 10pair's to try..but the girl standing called ana extremely unfriendly attitude and un cooperative. .she made me feel as if I came there to do time pass. .after my trial I kept few cloths with me and rest I kept wen she stands and was hanging other clothes. .later she asked me if I am taking the cloths which I kept next to her than I told her the one I choose is with me which is in the sofa next to trial room..she made me feel as if I am doing giving her punishment by trying so many dresses. .thank fully my husband was there with me to help for my sizes needed.lastly before leaving my husband got me one top .after trying it was small for me so I asked her if we have 12 size but this lazy lady without checking she told me no.but furtunately wen I was our I saw almost every other 15pcs of the tshirt. .yes I didn't but all those I trif but I bought two men shirt and 3 tshirt for my self. ..we need more customer service oriented lady especially during the sale time. ..I will never forget her looks and will never enter to that branch again.
