They were not honest, they did not disclose the full details and problems of the vehicle to me. After buying it I tried to contact them many times they did not answer my call and they basically did not care once the purchase was over.

I can only echo what many other clients have already mentioned here: Bought and picked up what looked like a really nice and well-maintained car from this dealership and was advertised as \perfect condition\!!! - after having had only the chance to drive the car up and down in their parking lot since no number plate was available - but then you believe you buy a decent car when you go to s dealership, don't you? Little did I know that I shouldn't have... On my way home, I experienced a very bad vibration which led me to bring the vehicle to a workshop I trust the next day. They checked the car and provided me with a list of 18 (!) faults, a few causing those vibrations, other issues that would have caused problems in the short- or mid-term. They also informed me that the car showed quite a few oil leaks which would have usually been picked up by RTA resulting in them not letting the car pass which means the dealership must have willingly cleaned those leakages before transfer and therefore known about some of those problems. I don't have an issue at all that certain repairs are necessary when buying an old(er) car but especially the last point doesn't leave a good impression and rather bad taste on my side Addition to my initial post: Having now spend almost 8,000dhs on repairs to two workshops, one which was finally able to identify and remove the cause of those vibrations, the car is now in a state that I can drive and enjoy. But at the same time, I get to realize how many little things I hadn't paid attention to also don't work.... Bottom line: I have bought a car, in good faith from this dealership, that has been prepared to look good on the surface but has and had so many faults that it possibly should have been scrapped rather than sold.

I never posted any review about any place in my life.. But here they were asking if I can write my review before receiving the car. And yes I was giving them 5 stars, but after receiving it I wish if there is zero star for rating You get 1M promises before receiving the car which u get none of that after receiving your car... That's my experience... I don't wish the same for everyone and all the best.

It was an amazing experience of buying a car from New Cars shop in Ras Al Khor. We went and tried to ask about cars in most of the shop in Ras Al Khor but we were not satisfied to buy the car as they all failed to give us the confidence. When we entered new cars show room initially we thought that we might be ignored as the car we were looking to buy was an economic car this made us feel by seeing the luxury cars in the showroom. But the staff is the showroom changed the complete view point of us. They assisted us so well that if I want to buy another car for sure my first choice will be new cars show room. About the product they have amazing well displayed neat and clean cars, trust and reliability is 100%. Strongly suggest just to visit this show room if you are planning to buy a car.
