I have been availing services from this clinic since last 15 years . Dr Lal David , ( Medical Director , General Physician and Diabitician ) of this clinic , has been our family physician since many many years . He is a very competent and one of the best physicians , I have come across . Dr Lal David is really very good, starting from General Practice to any level of Diabetes complexities . The clinic has very friendly staff and good facilities .

I was taking treatment around 4 months for m pregency from Dr geeta thampuran.while taking treatment she consult me to do blood test as per that we did immediately and in report m blood group was \B Negative\. I couldn't complete my treatment in Dubai i came to m home country ie india mumbai and I started taking treatment from one of the hospital near my place.now i am 9 month pregnant and bcoz of covid dr told me to reserve my blood when I did blood group testing here it's \A Negative\. To confirm this mistake I did my blood testing tow time here in mumbai but it's same A negative. My complent is how can this big mistake happened.
Extreme incompetence on the part of the admin. Even basic facilities such as emailing test reports turn into cumbersome tasks. I've been waiting to receive a soft copy of my lab reports for days and despite making multiple phone calls every single day, this hasn't happened. No one is willing to take responsibility and keeps connecting you to another person (who is equally useless, as the job doesn't get done.) Absolute unprofessionalism. Unless you want to go in for a general checkup, I'd advise you to stay away because apart from the doctors, who are great, getting Anything else done from this clinic is a Colossal waste of time and energy. It's much better to just visit a hospital where there is a much better system for running things. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED.

Been going to this clinic for the past many years now. I have found the staff extremely friendly and the doctors are experienced and knowledgeable. Located in a convenient spot in Karama is another plus point. Thumbs up and will continue going there.
One of the best family clinics in karama neighbourhood. Good location ample parking Good hospitality and thorough professionalism exhibited by staff and doctors , special mention about the radiology department (technician and Radiologist) who made sure we were comfortable and explained in great detail the procedure before taking X Ray and Ultrasound scan and availability of the test result .
