dont send cargo on this company... i m totally disappointed with this kind of service... they commit me my Air cargo will delivered within 40 days , but i got my cargo after 4 month, n most important thing my all costly thing are broken inside that cargo

Not disappointed there service is world worst service. Even they don't know how to talk with customer and behave. They are promising air cargo will reach in 15 days but but from 2 month I am waiting to reach my cargo. Just see how fast this so called NDLS. This is very worst service I ever see with any cargo company. I will never send anything with them and I will never recommend also.

I'm very disappointed with the kind of service these people are providing. It's been 2.5 months I dint recieve my parcel from Dubai to India yet. Neither they answer phone calls.

Last month 7th of jan 2019 I had send my luggage through NDLS from dubai to new delhi and today 6th of feb 2019 I am still waiting for my parcel. I ask them sever time by calling and also throw mail no one from NDLS replied .Its is very suspicious that I will get my luggage of 30 kg for which I had paid 340 Dhms to ndls.
