BEWARE!! If there’s an option for no star, I would do it. I’ve been struggling to get a personal health insurance (their most expensive option, mind you.) and they gave me hypertension. HORRIBLE customer service. I’ve been chasing them for 4 months to get an answer with no luck. AND THE WHOLE APPLICATION WAS DONE ONLINE! When I try to pay it tells me to go to their branch. I was in their hot and sweaty office for THREE HOURS trying to PAY!!! Did it even go though? No! Because the on ground staff are calling each other for help. Then they told me to CALL customer service. So I called. Twice. The final call they told me to go all the way to Abu Dhabi. I have never seen a company so disinterested to take a client’s money or serve them in a proper way like Daman. I went to Axa in A MALL and I got everything I want in less than 30 mins...

Very bad customer service! When they want to sell you an insurance, they are nice and polite, but when you’re done with them, they don’t care at all. I called the customer service contact number for a continuity letter and the customer support staff told me that you have to visit the main office. When I visited the main office, they told me that you have to send email! They wasted my time at least for half a day! Awful!

I am waiting since more than 1 hour , and u am still waiting . And one more hour to find parking. Book your full day for Daman visit. Their insurance is alright.

The customer service really needs to improve here! I needed information on getting a new insurance and was made to wait for 45 minutes. They also called another customer who came after me without even checking the tokens! Extremely bad service!
