Gents , my personal experience with this company is very worst . Despite many bad reviews i started saving plan with national bonds 4 years back . After 4 years i cancelled my plan for emergency requirement. Whereas, national bond made me to run around their office for one month with no results. In addition to it there is no returns on your investment. It would be better to invest in other places. I strongly advise people who wants their fund on emergency use , this is not a suitable investment.

Ppl with heavy investments only have chance to win big lotteries. Seems there winning lottery system is not fair. How the winners get selected is also not clearly said by them in there website. In 3 years only won 200aed in total despite having decent investment. I haven't withdrawn penny from last 2.5 years. All i did is add add add. But still unlucky. All i believe is there unfair selection method. In market There are already big fishes, so ppl like us with moderate investment have less chances and at time of withdrawal they cut some amount by saying XYZ charges. Thinking to withdraw all money.

Helpful people, the level of customer service has actually improved. Sadly the interest levels have dropped drastically and I never win other than an odd 50 dirhams, need to empty this basket!
