This card is a joke! Instead of providing their services, they constantly \threaten\ their customers by saying that they will take legal action. This is especially true for the credit collection department who are extremely rude, raise their voice in front of customers, and the only thing they know is how to threaten their customers. The credit card collection department should be trained, and if not trained, then be sent back to school. At least they will learn how to be disciplined and \TALK\ like a human being. In this global pandemic situation they troubled me even more! Their main location is carrefour or outside carrefour to find customer, so please do not fall into their luring words and dont become a prey. Once you start with them, there is no end. Sometimes they will suddenly change the date of payment due and increase the charges, for which there will be no reasoning. They are not at all helpful. Even if you are dying, they will not help you. They are not providing finance services, but more than that they provide fraudulent services. If you have a Najm cardholder, I \HIGHLY RECOMMEND\ to close it right away and dont fall into this trap. They are not worth any rating, and if they were then it would be in negative.

Disgusting, discourteous service and this is not a regular credit card but some other cash card. I always paid full outstanding amount yet my credit limit has been reduced to zero without any reason. NEVER GET THIS CARD....!
Worst card financial institute ever. I settle my credit card for almost 1 year but they have still not notified Ethihad bureau, it is taking toll on my score. Utter unprofessionalism.
worst card ever ... i forget to pay 110 AED on this month then i decided to make the payment on next mont while i know there will be a late payment charge already . They send me threatening email that they are going to present my security cheque and will apply legal actions.. for 110 AED Dont ever fall with low profile credit card !!!!
My friend was charged 280 aed penalty for missing to pay 20aed during this pandemic. The bank should understand that people are going through tough time and they shouldn't be charged like this. Very bad act from the bank. Very poor service. This is not fair.
