Even it was crowded and busy yesterday evening, it took 1 hour to see a doctor, to do COVID-19 TEST and to get the medications from the pharmacy. In my opinion, it is excellent comparing to my experiences in another places. Even that Doctors and nurses are too much busy there, but they are doing fine and excellent efforts.

Sinopharm from today. If you are going for the Covid vaccine, go to room T01 to register first. Carry your emirates ID. While entering the clinic i was told by the nurse to go to the covid waiting area. After waiting for 15 minutes, I went to the security and asked him how will anyone know if I'm waiting there for the vaccine? Then I was told to register in room T01. Since I was young, I was told the vaccine is only for people above 60. Then I had to explain that I'm diabetic and I have an an appointment from DHA. After a little discussion between administrators and doctors I was able to register. They apologized for the slight confusion. After the shot you need to wait for 15 minutes and report back to the nurse. There's a decent coffee shop which you can use after your shot during your waiting time. After you report back to the nurse after 15 minutes, she will set your appointment after 21 days. You will get an immediate sms from DHA with your date and time for the second shot. Go with DHA if you can, MOH is uncontrollable rush .

I went for a repeated vaccination shot of anti rabies with a doctor prescription. The staff at the reception/ registration has zero hospitality and no respect. They were helpless and rude. Even though there were hardly any patients It took me 4.5 hours to complete just a injection shot which took 15 mins in other hospitals. during covid they need to speed up to ensure people spend less time in hospital. The nurses at this places are awesome and helpful . They charged me INR 5000 just for a follow up injection which actually costed less than INR 1000 in other places.

Went to the clinic at 3pm and didn’t see the doctor until 5pm. People that came after me were allowed to see the dr before me. Staff were so rude especially the two ladies sitting in reception. After waiting 2 hours to see the dr for a simple sick leave I had to go back to the rude lady in reception for her to print it. The printer was broken and she yelled at me saying go! Go home! I said what do you mean? This is why I came. She said no problem come back tomorrow? Excuse me? Yes that’s a problem! Extremely disappointed in staff behavior, poor service, lack of social distancing, I didn’t even see anyone disinfect or sanitize the reception area or examination rooms the whole time I was there. Worst experience ever!

Disaster place to visit. We had appoitment at 1:15 for baby 9 months old, and we waited for 1 hour and a half, to get general doctor at the end after check up we went to take medicine, and the ladies at the reception/registration counter was extremely rude and unprofessional, shame on them. So sad how this is happening in Dubai
