Worst shopping experience I have had in Dubai. I was sold pallet furniture that is not even sanded or oiled, and some of it was replaced with composite. As I am trying to return them I am being told that it's because they were on 50% discount. At no point did they ever mention that the 50% sale meant you would not get the right end product finish

Amazing ! Just bought one artificial cactus from them and a Wooden ladder. The quality is amazing and they were very helpful through the whole delivery. I definitely recommend it !
Horrible experience after being a client for 2 years I have just been informed that the tree collection will not be done! They should have informed clients before the purchase was made! Ridiculous!

I have ordered several times, and each time I have been very satisfied. The delivery times have been respected, the products conform to my expectations. In addition, I was entitled to small attentions to each of my orders. Really, I recommend their services! Very professional!
Terrible customer service. No response to my emails, no communication on delivery delays. The 1-3 day delivery time promised on website is not true. I still haven't received my order so can't comment on quality of product yet. Based on customer communications (or lack of!) alone, I will not shop there again, especially with so many better options in Dubai.
I should have read the comments before I order from them. Placed an order for a bench around 3 weeks ago and no follow up calls or delivery date. Spent a whole morning trying to call them and no answer at all. They then call me back to say they will deliver on the 16th of December and today is the 17th with no delivery in sight. You would think they would ignore a small order but mine was for 700 dirhams so maybe the owners do not care...not sure how sustainable this is in Dubai but never again.
One of the worst. The instagram content is so beautiful .. and then the service it’s just disappointing. They deliver expectations by writing officially on the website that the delivery is 1-3 days, and the reality is 8 working days. They don’t inform you about it. They keep promising and they don’t follow up with you if you contact them. No details about the delay of the product, no interest in delivering a good and respectful service. The only marketing strategy they have is based on NOT being HONEST with the customer and create expectations. I don’t need nice instagram page I need a good and honest service. My one and only order.
