Vanellis served delicious food alright there's no say about it! But the experience I had yesterday at the Arabian Centre outlet was appaling. It was day light robbery when I had to pay 12dhs extra for some extra chicken and cheese for which I didn't know I as being charged. Silly of me to think that they were generous and customer friendly like the staff at the Mirdif City Center outlet. The chef acted very discriminative and seemed to know what quantity should go to which nationality. I noticed how little the portions he served me comparative to the other! Inevitably it was racism, such a shame. Nevertheless, the staff should know to brief their clients on extra charges for additional servings cause we customers think its an act of goodwill and not an extra 12 dhs which seemed worthless to pay. Lesson learnt not going to Vanellis at Arabian Center any more.
