Absolutely the worst shopping experience ever!!! I visited the branch in the Dubai mall with my family to buy a gift for our friend for his birthday. And we had a very bad incident with one of the sales “Erbol” who was very rude and arrogant and the Duty manager “sofia” who was even more rude and accused us of lying! I live in UAE since 9 years and i can say, this is the worst Type of customer service i have ever seen and will never think to enter gallery Laffayette or Mood shop again!! Especially with the presence of such staff

Please run away from this store that should put a « forbidden to children » sign on it’s door. The staff and management are absolutely odious and arrogant. I came today with my 8yo daughter (who is very calm and polite) thinking about buying a carpet and a desk. When we entered the store the seller (the one with a beard) stared at us with a black look without saying hello. I have to say he was very intimidating and I felt very inconfortable. As soon as I had my back turned he invectived my daughter who touched a candle from the tip of her fingers without damaging anything. I then asked him what the problem was and he answered that she was going to break the articles!!! Then he asked us to leave the store! under the shock I got out by making express to scratch his precious candles. I have never received such a disastrous welcome anywhere in Dubai. They are behaving like in the poshest art gallery when they are only selling illegal copies of designers!
