I went to buy a watch and they ended up cancelling my transaction because they ruin the watch during the adjustment (how can they assisgn someone to work on expensive items who is not well trained on the job?). The staff are very inconsiderate. After paying, I waited for more than 20 mins and they never dared to care to tell me what was happening. When I approached the staff to ask, they were shouting at each other in front of the counter where all the customers are waiting. Despite the hassle and inconvenience, the staff didnt seem to care that they were wasting the customers time and was even hurrying me to decide about the refund because as per them, there are more customers. It was a really horrible experience and but its an experience I will surely recommend if you want to ruin your day. Reading from the reviews, Its not a surprise that Im not the first customer to flag their VERY poor and disappointing service. Shame.
