They had some issues with a bad sales employee. Guy took my money (2 year advance payment) and I got the stamped and signed contract with payment details written on it. Later they tell me that the guy stole the money and forged the contract so the company doesn’t recognise me as a customer. Basically, “we have nothing to do with you - sue the employee and get your money back from him yourself”. Terrible support in case something like this does happen. Found out as part of this that the company has pretty much no standards internally. No processes, no governance. It’s a mess. And their support for one of their employees stealing from customer them was to leave the customers to fend for themselves. I don’t know how good their cleaning/maintenance staff is, but they way they handled my case was really unprofessional.

MFM was hired to do duct cleaning. They ended up spilling some liquid (disinfectant?) on my brand new floor that left marks etched into it. No attempt from company to fix the problem, despite being contacted by phone/ email. Instead of solving a problem for me, MFM created one that will require my time and money to get fixed...

The worst company and service ever. I tried them and they messed up my home and all the house got dirty and not cleaned. I will never ever recommend this company. I will not even give them a second chance. No report till today!! No pictures, they don't use Robot, and they are absolutely not clean and not professional.

PLEASE DO YOURSELF A HUGE FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!! WORST SERVICE EVER - 1 star is already far too much .. Workers are very poorly skilled .. They have no idea how to test if an electricity socket is working, AC cleaning was a joke .. And they replaced a water cable under the bathtub that ended up leaking right away and creating more damage than anything else ... (Unfortunately didn't realize right away as this is in a hidden-area) Management is also very rude and unresponsive ... They are just trying to extract more money from you with additional call-out charges without prior approvals ... Instead of getting the job right the first time .. Yes, it took me a few weeks to realize some of the work was poorly done ... And they use that as an excuse .... I just took them on a 3-month trial ... Worst experience ever with a maintenance company in Dubai ...
