The company is Pethatic. The agent Farid balakishiyeva is so rude and a liar , he doest not know how to talk with a potential customer. I called him as a buyer for Torch Tower apartment, he behaved very rudley. He is spoiling the business and reputation of the company, He needs extensive training or a job change, He is not suitable for this job, He has fake listings on property finder.I am going to raise a complain about Farid to Property finder management and RERA.

I just successfully completed the purchase of an apartment through this agency. Agents Marius Bogdan Pislariu and Vladimir Minaev were of real use. They are both professionals, they supported me intensely in this transaction, they offered me all the requested details in a very short time and they made sure that I understood what all my rights and obligations are (considering that I was not familiar with UAE legislation). I strongly recommend them!

I went to see an apartment that this comapny was offering. Turned out that the pictures do not correspond with the price. They \forgot\ to add that there is a significan price increase if you want an apartment on the higher floor. But of course all the pictures that were shown in the add were taken from the highest floor. So in the end there was 25k difference in price if you wanted the exact apartment that was shown on the pictures. Additionaly when I told this to their agent, Andrew, he literally hung up on me. I would not recommend this company to anyone who expects a minimal amout of respect.
