They are the best humans in the earth until someone sign a policy.. after you signed a policy then you will come to know the reality of Metlife.. The worst ever customer service i ever come along in my entire professional life.. I would like to give 5* if ever there was a minus 5* rating.. unfortunately we normal people have give them a start..I never ever gonna recommend anyone to go with Metlife...

The most useless insurance I have seen in my life... Need approval for every single requests from the doctors and always rejected from the insurance for not valid reason.... they will let you pay for any consultation and when you do the claim form most of the time your request denied for not valid reason. Not recommended insurance at all....
