I got a tanning session the machines were great and extremely clean. Karin, the customer service advisor that helped us pick the machine and session time that was best suited for us was extremely professional, helpful and friendly. Overall five out five stars, I will be coming again next time I visit Dubai, and I hope to see Karin again. I totally recommend megaSun.

The place is super high class, clean, you know, like a proper 5 star lounge! I told the receptionist I need the most powerful machine because I stopped visiting MegaSun Lounge for more than a year as their machines became bad. So she told me to go into the standing machine #3 as that's the most powerful. I bought the most expensive tanning lotion "Platinum – Peau d'Or" for 680 DHS and went for the max 18 mins. I already had a bit of a tan as I go to tanning salons twice a week. I couldn't feel any heat, it's like I was standing in a cold cabin with a light! That's it! I thought ok maybe once I get home I will see the change. Nope, didn't change one bit! What a waste of time and money! I only gave them 2 stars as the place looks awesome and high class but the equipment leaves a lot to be desired.

Satisfying branch but they don’t really update the system about customer’s sessions. Always wrong information about last visit and duration. Stop your loyalty program if you’re not really pay attention to it

Good and clean tanning studio. Employees are very professional and give you the right advice on which setting and time to choose. The cabins are clean and the room provides products to freshen up afterwards. Quality of the machines is perfect. With just 8 minutes i can see a big difference without getting burned.
