The walk in covid testing centre is small and gets a little crowded, making social distancing difficult. However the staff are helpful and I got my result in less than 24 hours

PCR took more than 48 hours, My flight got delayed because of their deceptive and irresponsible manner. Don’t rely on them if you TRAVELING ABROAD!! Update: I sent an email and called them, no answer yet, I delayed my flight twice because of them!!
Less then 1 star So bad service On weekends never visit I came for Covid test 3 am 20 feb security told me to wait more then 2 hours And there was 5 people inside who was waiting for the test Big mess
Terrible service, i have got my PCR test result and my emirates ID number was wrong, called them more than 20 time to fix it so that it would be added at alHosn app, but they didn’t do anything just saying we requested from the lab to fix it. And yet it’s been more than 24 hours since I received my test and they didn’t solve my issue.
Extremely friendly stuff at Mediclinic Dubai Mall and Mediclinic Al Garhoud. I am extremely satisfied with relation doctor - patient before, during and after the surgery I’ve done there. Stuff and nurses are well educated and extremely kind. I would highly recommend this clinic.
I live close by and wanted to do travel test screening in the drive through. It wasn’t drive through since after waiting for 30 minutes, I had to go inside to take a queue and pay. There was no social distancing in the queue. The nurses gloves were not changed. Totally not up to the standards I have been expecting. I generally go to Medcare and there is a vast difference in service level.
One of the most disorganized PCR test centers in Dubai. We were in drive through for a period of 45 minutes, just waiting and waiting. When I went inside the tent there was a que of about 3 people and the turn around time per patent was beyond my comprehension. Conclusion if you want a test done , please avoid going here.
Bad experience .. I delivered a baby girl ion 21st Jan I’m Mediclinic garhoud . After delivery they told my baby had some infection and they kept in Nicu and they gave formula milk to my baby . But after 48 hrs I brought my baby to home .. she was having severe gas prblm. Till now she is not recovering . How the dr was caring my baby till now I m not understand
