My wife and I went to Mediclinic Dubai Mall to book our Covid-19 test, mandatory for travel. Once we entered the premises we were impressed by its size, set up, cleanliness and the way it was organised. The young lady who booked our appointment was very friendly and efficient. We got our requested appointment for 5pm two days later. On arrival at the clinic at the appointed time we were directed to a very friendly young administrator, Ali Haddad. He asisted us with the required form filling and directed us to the testing room. Test samples were taken by a friendly nurse within under two minutes for each of us. Next morning by 11am the result was forwarded by email. Since we needed printouts we returned to the clinic in the afternoon and once again Ali Haddad happily obliged us without any hesitation. On the whole it was a pleasant experience. I can certainly recommend this clinic without any hesitation.

It's my first time to do our annual health check up and I was absolutely happy about the whole experience. From booking the appointment to getting the results. I would like to commend our coordinator, Anne and the admin, Angel for assisting us all the way. Everyone in the clinic are extremely helpful and accommodating esp Rona who did my ECG and Dr. Kat for being so sweet. Overall, I am very satisfied how they treated me. I will be coming back to do some more tests. Health is wealth.
