We have used City Hospital for years and without doubt it is the best hospital we have experienced. The nurses, Doctors and other staff are all great. The building is very well fitted out to a high standard. We have found that the North Wing has better parking than the Main Wing, although the amount of parking spaces is still small.

Professional services offered in the hospital. Staff are very friendly and polite. Dr was professional and quick to be seen. Small procedure was completed quick and in separate room. Pharmacist was helpful and knowledgeable of what and how I should take medication.

Super unprofessional and unattended people. Calling to the reception Forever already. Management is trying to keep short on their staff or what? Definitely wont recommend because its nearly impossible to get an appointment.

Doctors are the best here however the pharmacy is a nightmare as it akes ages to give you the medicin. They have an acute manpower shortage. They have 1 pharmacist, one clerk and one insurance coordinator. Insurance approval took half an hour but the rest is a one man show. 1 hour and a half exactly I felt my beard growing there
