It’s a great pharmacy and location is good as well. They have everything you need and the staff is super helpful. The pharmacists are very knowledgeable and helpful. They also offer home delivery which is great and they accept insurance as well.

I had the worst experience of my life going to a pharmacy at Medicina at Hessa Street. I believe they don’t care about the health and well-being of their customers and misguide customers to make a PROFIT!!! I was sold the wrong dosage of my asthma medicine which is Seritide after asking the pharmacist. I went back to return it and got rudely brushed off by the Pharmacist named Wafa Abu Farwa who told me that maybe this Seritide Evohaler you needed was nothing available all over UAE which is why we sold you the MDI! I was like if my medicine isn’t available, you shouldn’t sell it to me at all. Anyways she called the original pharmacist Mariam Ele Fekke who over the phone argued that she showed me the box over the counter before selling it to me so is not at fault. I get humiliated for the way I was handled. Moreover, my wife who is 7 months pregnant asked the Philippino lady at the counter for a medication that she had been suggested by a colleague for Pregnancy constipation that cost AED 30. The lady declined saying that this is “not good for pregnancy” and at the back it said for pregnant women. She tried to up sell her to a AEd 110/- dhirham medicine which she claimed was better and herbal and luckily my wife checked the back that said “DO NOT CONSUME IF PREGNANT” and when she raised this question to the pharmacist Wafa Abu Farwa, the pharmacist supported her colleagues claim which in my opinion is hazardous to her health. This pharmacy is only trying to make money and doesn’t care about the health of its customers and actually Misguides its customers to make money. Utterly disappointed to have a pharmacy like this in my community.
