Fantastic kayak shop. First of it's kind in Dubai. I bought my kayak from them and never been happier. Their kayaks are excellent quality and value for money. I searched the whole market and Maui kayak shop was the best in terms of prices, variety and availability. Unique products and support. They know what they are doing. They do it because it's their passion. Highly recommended.
Sales person is rude and unprofessional. I have called to know their timing and told him I will be visiting the shop shortly. When I arrived to the location using google maps I discovered that they have moved to a new location. I called the sales person again and asked him why did he not till me the google maps location is wrong and gave me the correct address... his answer was “google did not change our location for 45 days ... and I can not predict what you will think!”. If this is how they deal wirh their customers before sale, i do not not want to know how they will deal with me after after I pay!

I wanted a Garmin fish finder and was told I'd have a call back the following day to sort it out. A week went by, no call back or text message. I don't mind waiting but do expect a courtesy call or text to let me know what's going on. So decided to go directly to Garmin myself and do the installation.

Have to be honest I was very optimistic about buying a fishing pedal kayak from Maui as the prices where far less than other Kayak shops. I personally met the owner and rest assure I was not disappointed with my purchase and the after sales service. If your serious about buying a Kayak trust me you don't have to think twice about Maui.. Thumbs Up!
