Marsh provide bad customer service and do not follow up with customer on outstanding matter. I felt that the company is only taking care of the interest of insurance company. I have submitted documents for cancellation on 27 Sep 20 and company did not proceed with cancellation but just delay the cancellation by seeking confirmation and resulted refund rate drop form 35% to 27%.

My company is with DMCC and we used to deal with JLT brokers which was then forwarded to Marsh Insurance Brokerage. The account executive handling our account is unprofessional. Not only she was including email of a completely different company along with our renewal forms with confidential information but also unresponsive and always make mistakes. She's clearly not reading her emails properly and not picking up calls.

*** I am giving you one start as I don't have any option to give you some minus ranking but seriously, you didn't deserve any *** Our company is registered under DMCC. Marsh staff is not well-educated. They don't know the customer support and it's importance. They assign some dummy account managers (only the names are real in the email but no promise whether there is anybody exist in their company as account manager). You have to keep chasing them and keep calling them. Hopefully, your issues will get sorted.
