Great massage session. My wife and I had a couple's Balinese massage and had a relaxing time. Our Indonesian therapists, Sunar & Rahayu, were very professional and asked us which areas we wanted to have focused. They guided us in every process of the treatment. It was very good. The wet area facilities which include a sauna, steam, jacuzzi, relaxation room and experiential shower were all incredible. Would recommend this place :)

Had a really horrible experience just attempting to book. I bought vouchers from fresha specific to mandara spa that nobody from mandara spa seems to know about. Post booking from fresha app they told me I had to cancel as they are fully booked. They then booked what was supposedly a couple time separately over a long phone call (dec 19 and 26) The following day (date of the first booking) they told me to cancel as they didn't receive the payment from fresha (once again I don't think they have a clue still how their partnership works). Mind you they are very shameless and unapologetic about the 2 day horror show. I am now waiting for a refund from fresha (who has not responded yet after 1 day). I don't think I will even try this spa even if they offer me a free package after today. I'm sticking to trusted Spa's like Sense Asia, Dreamworks, etc..

Nice and clean spa. Lovely masseuses. Pool was however shocking. Extremely small and not deep at all!

I booked for the 1st January but unfortunately they scheduled the appointment for 31st December (New Years Eve) - I turned up on the 1st and they told me of the error which left me disappointed. After cooling down rebooked for the 2nd January and the staff were very helpful and accomodating. We had the Ultimate Indulgence and Frangipani Body Glow, I was left feeling steamed, rolled and set like a tray of dimsum, it was great! They even have a discount to make up for the error in the earlier booking - the customer service and massage were both sensational overall.

We had a couple treatment massage and a facial. The massage was wonderful it actually made me go to sleep on the table, followed by a very regular facial nothing special The men steam was not working. For a price of 2000 dirham for 2 massages and a facial i think its a little over priced. The only good thing was it was empty and clean

Used to be a nice place but unfortunately the best therapists are gone and plus to all has happened already 2 times that they canceled appointment.
