Not suggested for online shopping .. Received stroller with dent , still waiting for a response from mamas and papas for seven days to return or replace the item. No update from them. Each time they promise to give an update and says waiting for brand approval!!!

Extremely poor delivery service. No respect of timing and poor customer service from the delivery company (which is not mamas and papas). My wife stayed in all day waiting for our baby purchases and the delivery didn’t turn up. I’m waiting to hear from their customer service team.

Had a really great experience browsing the store on Friday. I wish I got the Gentleman’s name who provided a great comparison of the travel strollers they have available. They use cheating strategy to sell their items, they post very attractive items in very good price to sell the rest, and when you place an order that attractive one will not be delivered, only the secondary items will be delivered, and excuse will be that it was out of stock. So they use fishing method to sell items online, please don't fall into their trap...
