Dubai mall experience: great customer service however chocolate has a very low quality. It certainly doesn't taste the same as what you purchase in Germany/ Switzerland. It's not manufactured up to Swiss standard, it's too sweet and not creamy. You pay for Läderach but you get cheap quality chocolate. They tell you chocolates are brought from Europe which is a big lie because even supermarket chocolate in Europe doesn't taste so cheap. Mall of Emirates experience: the shop is new and has been opened couple of weeks ago. I entered the shop asked for some truffles and the gentleman behind the truffles counter, put his hairy hand without gloves inside the paper bag to try to open the bag before putting chocolate inside. I couldn't believe what I was seeing considering health standards in Dubai and he had a big box of gloves next to him that unfortunately he wasn't using! I hope Dubai municipality inspectors pay them a visit very soon. I walked out without buying anything. What a shame for such an amazing brand!

I have bought a box of 18 pieces from Laderach Dubai mall. The service was good. But the chocolate tasted nothing like Laderach from Switzerland. Our disappointment is immeasurable. It tasted like any cheap chocolate you buy for the supermarket.
