We rented a 2 bedroom apartment from luxury Holiday homes, for 17 days in Anantara resort Palm Jumeirah. It was a nightmare doing business with this company we paid around 250 euros per night and we get a dirty smelly apartment with the below shortcomings: •\tExtremely noisy AC units •\tSewer smell in the master bathroom and cockroaches •\tVacuum cleaner not working •\tWashing machine not working •\tBoth bedroom TV’s not working. •\tThe wooden floor coming loose near the kitchen •\tLoading/unloading bay right behind the windows makes a lot of noise. Complained many times but it’s like talking to an answering machine with the same answer. Very unprofessional company they spoiled our 2 weeks, holiday never again.
