Waste of time and money! When we arrived at the site there were flies everywhere. It was a complete put off to eat or drink. The food was very bland, the lettuce in the salad had already turned brown. The green beans and carrot salad was still frozen (you could still see the ice on the vegetables).everything was unseasoned. Entertainment only starts around 7pm and only lasted for 30 minutes.From 3pm till 7pm we sat and did nothing besides eat the small plate of snacks. No music was playing in the background to even improve the atmosphere. We did not participate in the camel ride or taking pictures with the falcon. This is the 21st century and to be honest, things like this should be phased out.The camels had been giving rides for almost 5 hours straight and the falcon was chained which is horrible. We just felt so bad for the animals. The toilets are not well kept.One of the toilets are a long drop. There was water/urine all around the toilets that you didn't even know where to stand. The entire event was unorganized. Nobody welcomed us, told us where to get food or even told us when the event ended. They simply shut off the lights and you automatically assume that you must leave. When we got back to the drop off area, we could not find our driver. There was no system in place to even co-ordinate the drivers or to help you find your driver.We ended up sharing a minibus with strangers after waiting 30 minutes. The drivers also have no idea how to keep a safe traveling distance. The entire event costed us R750 which is quite a lot and a complete waste of time and money. I will definitely not be back and will advise my family and friends not to waste their time and money aswell.

This was the worst event I have ever been to. No introductions or formalities. The staff were rude and arrogant. Serving food as if they doing us a favour. There was a serious fly infestation.extremly unorganized and the food? The food was horrible. The salads were unseasoned, bland and the humus was off. The belly dancer did 2 dances and men were putting cash in her skirt which I found was extremly unprofessional and distatseful. The event ended with the lights just going off and we assumed it was over. I dont recommend anyone to go.My entire family was disappointed and it was a waste of time.

Worst service ever. I booked a 2 people safari with pick-up directly to our hotel. After 1 hour and several calls to either the agency or the driver and nobody showed up. I suggest you not to book any experience with them.

Conseille vraiment de prendre une voiture de location et d y aller seul pour profiter pleinement.... avec luxury vous aurez le droit a 1h30 de transport avec 10 minutes d arret a une boutique pour se faire un peu forcer a acheter, 10 minutes de voitures dans les dunes, pas de quad bien évidemment, un tour de chameau de une minutes pas plus, une chicha archi dégueu goût indescriptible, boisson bas de gamme ( faux cola, faux Sprite.. ), un buffet vraiment pas top et une forte envie de rentrer rapidement à la maison nn vraiment je déconseille perte de temps et d argent
