I have been having lunch there often over the last year or so. The place is clean, the food is always freshly cooked. The staff are efficient and courteous. I really enjoy eating there and give them a try if you are in the area. Highly recommended.
The lady who picks up the call is very very unprofessional. First of all, the food is not at all tasty and upon that, the lady shows high attitude as if its a five star restaurant. This restaurant does not even deserve 1 star. 5 Star for being unprofessional, disrespecting their customers and unhygienic food. My recommendation to never ever visit this restaurant where there is no respect for the customers. A big Zero for Lotus Star!!!
Super chill place, no nonsense. Very great food and ridiculously light on the wallet.

Useless services...I had veg fried rice with drinks... I had to go washroom for pee but they didn't allow me as it is ristricted.I said it's urgent and bladder is full though they didn't show any humanity and blunt denied. .. Pathhetic ..
