Love this place. Close to Mall of the emirates. We often walk to this place from our office. A bit expensive but worth it. Their peanut sauce is really nice. They give Complimentary watermelon. Service is good

Hidden gem next to Mall of Emirates. You cook yourself in the pot on the table

After Little Lamb closed down in the neighborhood, I was missing a proper hot pot restaurant (sorry, but Gulou doesn't do it for me), until I finally made my way to Liu Yi Shou... The staff attending the tables doesn't exactly represent the Far East - but they are very friendly and helpful, and if you happen to come more often and bring new guest along, dessert (cut fruits) is on the house and you might even get a discount (OK, we come *very* often these days). The selection of hot pot ingredients is vast (we haven't even tried the other dishes yet, but the mostly Asian audience really seems to enjoy everything that's on the menu). And I would say, the quality might even be better than Little Lamb, as the meat seems to be rather lean - and everything is very fresh and very tasty. So, if you happen to be at MoE and are looking for an Asian experience outside the mall environment, just cross the street and indulge!

Ok, so it's an experience and if you go alone you'll get list on what to order & how to enjoy your meal. I had the help of a Chinaman who loves his food and he asked name the things you like & I'll order accordingly. Mushrooms, Beef Intestines, Flat White Noodles, thinly sliced beef, Dim Sum & Egg Noodles. They serve you a Broth divided in two, one is normal & the other is spiced and again they ask you, how spicy you want it (go for medium) and you dip. Ahh before starting to eat, you go to the side and create your side dipping dishes. Then the games commence by placing your desired dishes into the boiling Broth, dipping into your sauces and enjoying. To my surprise, they placed a few slices of on the side, only to realise, when you burn your taste buds, you eat the .

Always love coming here. The staff will assist you with everything including the preparation of the dipping sauce. I just wished they would buy fresh ingredients for the price they offer as i could clearly see them taking our seafood from the freezer. Still tastes delicious as always.

Not the best, not the worst either. Reasonable value. Sauce tend to be heavy on sugar.
