One of the best and most authentic yoga classes that I have experienced. Sumit and the rest of the team master in the various forms and will explain the benefits of each posture as you go along the class. Highly recommended and definitely worth a try.

I have been a member of Lifestyle Yoga for the last 3 years. At the start of the Covid 19 pandemic, and during the shutdown, the founder of Lifestyle Yoga, Mr. Sumit Manav and his talented team were quick to shift from daily classroom sessions to daily virtual classes. The best thing about virtual classes is that we are able to interact on a personal level with our instructor and other students from the safety and comfort of our homes. With so many different yoga classes offered every day, lifestyle yoga have definitely succeeded in keeping me looking forward to the next class and in insuring that their students remain healthy in mind, body and soul... I was initiated into yoga by Sumit Manav founder of Life Style Yoga in 2007. The last couple of years I have been very tardy with my yoga practice. Thanks to the initiative of life style yoga, live classes were brought to my living room thus giving me no opportunity for excuses. During the covid times , the on line classes were energetic in a positive way to be healthy, fit, active and stress free . With a variety of classes And flexible timings to choose from we had plethora of options . During these social distancing times, it was a pleasure to bond with other like minded students. The teachers were always enthusiastic and encouraging.

Correction of asana through livestream is same as I had in the studio. And there are so many different types of yoga available with 4 teachers.
