Pathetic service. I ordered at 7 30 pm baby milk formula and they brought it at 11 pm. No phone call informing about the delay. Not the first time hence i had to post here. Do not order from these guys. Life pharmacy , Discovery Gardens, Dubai.

Online promotions are not honored on the application. Most disappointing experience. Senior management need to look into disparity between systems. Prices offered did not match prices charged. And by the way, the customer is NOT right according to this company. Lost revenue as we will never buy from LIFE again.

The worst customer service. The guys who pick the phone up at Tecom main road branch are not aware of most of the medicines, if they don’t understand sth they just say we don’t have and when you go the shop, it’s right there and arrogant enough to put the caller on hold so that they don’t have to talk.
