The staff lied to me about a voucher, the said that it can be used to purchase any products , when i tried to use next day I found out that it would be used for selected items. I think they should be more transparent about their offers.

Very poor customer service .. Bought Lyca steamer .. Took it back to the pharmacy as it dint work. When the attender called the manger she informed to send it to workshop. It's soo shocking to know they have workshop to fix brand new steamer and no replacement offered .. after 3 days they gave back saying it's fixed.. very slight steam cmg ..it's total waste of money.. very poooooor customer service... they just want to sell not worried abt the product performance.. money oriented.. BAD..BAD..BAD..
